Is ChatGPT safe for client information?
It can be, with the right business plan and settings. We set it up so your data isn't used for training, and teach your team what not to paste in.
Should we use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?
It depends on the tools you already use. Microsoft 365 firms often start with Copilot. We'll recommend one in plain terms.
Do you write an AI policy for our firm?
Yes. You get a simple one-page policy your team can actually follow.
How long is the training?
Usually one or two hands-on sessions, plus the saved instructions your team keeps using.
