All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Atlas Programming Solutions, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Cooperate with us in good faith throughout the engagement
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, billing schedules, and accepted methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the applicable agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Programming Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
