After the audit, first AI workflows typically run $2,000–$3,500. Ongoing support is 10% of your build cost per month, with a $500 minimum. Your plan prices each piece before anything starts.

When do I pay?
After your kickoff call. You book a time online, then we email you an invoice for the fixed fee after the kickoff.
What happens after I book?
You get a calendar invite with a Teams link, and we send a short questionnaire about your firm. The audit starts with a kickoff call of about an hour.
Who counts toward firm size?
Everyone who works at your firm, full or part time, not just the team you're thinking of.
What if we have 30 or more people?
Then we start with a short call to scope a custom audit, so the price fits what we'll actually look at.
How much of my team's time does it take?
About an hour for the kickoff, then short interviews with the people who do the work, mostly in the first week.
Do I have to hire you to build after the audit?
No. The written plan is yours. Build it with us, with someone else, or in-house. If your first project with us is $2,000 or more, the audit fee comes off the build price.
