AI agents
AI agents that do the whole job
An AI agent is an assistant that does a whole job, start to finish, and asks a person only when it should. It reads, writes, checks and follows up, inside the email and systems you already use.

Closest real result
10–20 hoursback a week, from one agent
Our missing-documents agent at an insurance claims firm asks for what's missing, checks every reply and writes back with what's still needed. The client stays private.
Read how it was builtWhat you get
Routine jobs get done without someone watching over them.
Hours back
Your team stops chasing, re-typing and sorting the same things every day.
Done the same way every time
Every file gets the same checks, so small things stop slipping through.
People handle the exceptions
The agent flags anything unusual and hands it to the right person.
Faster follow-up
Requests and replies go out right away, not when someone gets to them.
How an agent works
This is the real agent we run for an insurance claims firm. Watch one file go down the line.

How we build yours
Pick the job
We choose one job your team repeats every day, with clear rules for what done looks like.
Write the rules
We turn your team's know-how into instructions: what to check, what to send, when to ask a person.
Test on real files
The agent works alongside your team on real cases. You review its work before it sends anything.
Go live, then run
Once it's right, it runs on its own. We watch it and adjust it as your firm changes.
What it looks like in your field
The first one is real, from our work at an insurance claims firm. The rest are example workflows: things we know how to build, with no numbers until your audit measures them.

- Access to the email inbox or system where the work happens

Tools we often use: ChatGPT and Claude models, Microsoft 365 and Azure agents, Google Cloud agents, n8n and Windmill.

What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that can read, decide and act on a routine job, like requesting missing documents, and ask a person when something falls outside its rules.
Will an AI agent send things without our approval?
Only if you want it to. We usually start with the agent drafting and your team approving, then let it send routine messages on its own once you trust it.
What happens when the agent isn't sure?
It stops and hands the item to a person, with a note on what it found. You decide where those hand-offs go.
How much does an AI agent cost?
A first agent typically costs $2,000 to $3,500 to build. Your audit plan prices it exactly before anything starts.
