Every project starts with a paid audit, so you know exactly what you're buying before you buy it.

  • Sample documents (we sign an NDA first, and a BAA for medical offices)
  • A list of the details your team always looks for
  • Somewhere for summaries to go: your case system, a folder or email

Tools we often use: ChatGPT and Claude models, Microsoft Azure AI, Google Cloud document tools and Python.

  • Typical first project$2,000–$3,500
  • After launch10% of your build cost per month, $500 minimum

Can AI read scanned documents and handwriting?

It reads typed scans well. Messy handwriting is less reliable, so we test on your real documents during the audit and tell you plainly what works.

How accurate are AI document summaries?

Very good for typed documents, but not perfect. That's why every summary points to its source page and a person checks anything that matters.

Is our client data used to train AI?

No. We choose AI providers and settings that don't use your data to train their models. How we keep your data safe.

How much does AI document review cost?

Most first projects run $2,000 to $3,500, depending on how many document types are involved.
