Day 10 · 45 minutes

We walk you through your written plan. Ask anything. The plan is yours.

After the audit: first AI workflows typically run $2,000–$3,500, and larger ones up to about $5,000. Ongoing support is 10% of your build cost per month, with a $500 minimum. Your plan prices each piece before anything starts.

Every APS audit is led by our founder, Aramis: a visionary who spots where AI fits, and an expert software engineer with more than 10,000 hours building systems that do the work, including the missing-documents agent for an insurance claims firm.

He'll interview your team, map how work really moves, and hand you the plan himself. If you go ahead, he builds it too. No hand-off.

What is an AI workflow audit?

A paid 1–2 week review of how your office works. We interview your team, map your workflows, and give you a written plan ranked by hours saved, with a price for each piece. The plan is yours to keep.

When do I pay, and why is it paid?

After the kickoff call. You pick a time online, we start with a kickoff call, then we email you an invoice for the fixed fee. It's paid because it's a real piece of work, not a free sales call.

How much of my team's time does it take?

About an hour for the kickoff, then short interviews with the people who do the work, mostly in the first week.

What if the plan shows AI isn't worth it for us?

Then the plan says so. Knowing where not to spend money is part of what you're paying for.

Do I have to hire you to build it?

No. The plan is yours. Build it with us, with someone else, or in-house. If your first project with us is $2,000 or more, the audit fee comes off the build price.

What if we have 30 or more people?

Then we scope a custom audit with you on a short call first, so the price fits what we'll actually look at.

Is our data safe during the audit?

We look at how work moves, not at more client data than we need. Anything we see stays private, and we use AI tools set up so your data isn't used to train their models. How we keep your data safe.
