Is the first call really free?

Yes. It's 20 minutes, there's no obligation, and we'll tell you honestly if AI is a fit for your firm.

What is an AI workflow audit?

A paid 1–2 week review of how your office works. We interview your team, map your workflows, and give you a written plan ranked by hours saved, with a price for each piece. The plan is yours to keep.

How much does an AI workflow audit cost?

It depends on how many people work at your firm: $500 for up to 5, $750 for 6 to 14, $1,250 for 15 to 19 and $1,500 for 20 to 29. Firms with 30 or more get a custom quote after a short call. You book online, pay by invoice after the kickoff, and the audit takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. AI takes the routine work, like chasing, re-typing and sorting, so your people spend time on judgment and clients. Staff review anything important before it goes out.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We build in review points: the AI flags what it isn't sure about, and a person approves anything that leaves your firm. We monitor the system and fix issues after launch.

What does Atlas Programming Solutions do?

Atlas Programming Solutions (APS) is an AI implementation firm in Plantation, Florida. We work with law firms, insurance claims teams, accounting firms and medical offices.

What do a build and ongoing support cost?

First AI workflows typically run $2,000 to $3,500, and larger ones up to about $5,000. If your first project is $2,000 or more, your audit fee comes off the build price. Ongoing support is 10% of your build cost per month, with a $500 minimum. A $5,000 build is $500 a month; a $12,000 build is $1,200 a month.

Do I have to hire you to build after the audit?

No. The written plan is yours. Build it with us, with someone else, or in-house.

What happens if Aramis is unavailable?

Every system is documented and runs in your accounts, so it keeps working and another developer can take over. You own what we build.

Do you work outside South Florida?

Yes. We're based in Plantation and work remotely with firms anywhere in the US. In-person visits across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade are available on request.

Is my data safe?

We give AI only the access a job needs, keep your data in your accounts, and choose AI providers and settings that don't use your data to train their models. People review anything important before it goes out. How we keep your data safe.
