- Access to the systems it needs to connect to
Tools we often use: Python, Django, your existing systems' APIs and Google Cloud hosting.
Price and timing

- After launch10% of your build cost per month, $500 minimum
Larger projects are quoted in your audit plan, often up to about $5,000. If your first project is $2,000 or more, your audit fee comes off the build price.

How long does a custom tool take?
Small tools take a few weeks. Your audit plan gives a clear estimate before anything starts.
Is custom software expensive?
It can be, so we only recommend it when an existing tool won't do the job. Many first tools fall in the $2,000 to $5,000 range.
Can you maintain it after launch?
Yes. Ongoing support covers fixes, updates and small improvements.
