This agreement governs the use of products and services provided by Atlasprogrammingsolutions, a company registered in the United States.

2. Platform Usage

Atlasprogrammingsolutions operates on computer and mobile platforms. Users can submit a program specifications form, but no other form of user-generated content is permitted.

3. Products & Services Purchase

Products (programs/apps) once sold, cannot be refunded unless they are fundamentally non-functional or cause systemic failure. Services, once rendered, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Data Collection

The only personal data AtlasProgrammingSolutions collects from its users are their email address, phone number, and the contents of the program requirements form.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

AtlasProgrammingSolutions will not be liable for any additional features added to a product after its initial features or for any errors/bugs that arise post-purchase.

For services, AtlasProgrammingSolutions is not responsible for any post-completion feature additions or any discrepancies that do not match the initial project scope.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation by a private third-party negotiator, which can include arbitrators, mediators, professional negotiators, or someone familiar with customary business practices in this field.

7. Termination of Service

Atlasprogramming solutions reserves the right to terminate the service if the agreed payment for the product or service fails to go through or if a customer attempts to resell the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Atlasprogramming solutions is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content will lead to legal action.

9. External Links & Third-party Services

AtlasProgrammingSolutions may provide links to external websites such as Shopify for purchasing purposes. Transactions conducted on these platforms are governed by their respective terms, and AtlasProgrammingSolutions is not responsible for any liabilities related to payment transactions on these platforms.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Users will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via a website pop-up and a changelog which they may access.

11. Additional Clauses

Any subsequent modifications or additions to a product after its completion will be charged extra. The initial scope of the project will be documented to ensure clarity and prevent any disputes regarding agreed-upon deliverables.

12. Continuation of Projects Based on Communication

In the event a customer ceases communication with AtlasProgrammingSolutions for a consecutive period of 30 days, any ongoing project associated with that customer will be halted. Resumption of the project may be subjected to review and may incur additional charges based on the discretion of Atlasprogramming solutions.
