Our team designed a robust automation solution that prioritized and processed essential statements only, significantly reducing the volume of files requiring manual redaction. This program:

• Selected the two most crucial statements out of eight for each account, eliminating unnecessary work.
• Automated the process of sending documents to redaction software, merging, and uploading them to a database.
• Flagged exceptions for manual review, ensuring compliance and thoroughness.
• Established a standardized daily run schedule, with the automation beginning at 6 a.m. and completing all tasks by noon.

Implementation
The solution’s primary challenge was replacing the outdated system with an efficient, accurate automated process.
